About the creator

Hi, I’m Maya. I’m an integrative health practitioner, naturopathic nutritionist and Iridologist for over 20 years. I've created this program to help people move beyond surface-level stress management into true restoration. Over the years, I’ve guided many individuals to release tension, restore balance and reconnect with their natural energy and vitality. My approach combines nutrition, nervous system support, and emotional awareness to create lasting, holistic change. I believe that when we listen to our body’s messages and work with them, stress can become a doorway to healing, calm, and inner peace.
